Bus Strike...

Thanks to the OC Transpo bus strike, I was stranded at Timothys coffee near the college. In return I got to draw these great people, until my girlfriend picked me up. Yay bus strike....

More People Sketches

Well, the guy on the left is from BillingsBridge Shopping Plaza. For anybody who lives in the Ottawa area, I highly recomend Billings Bridge to draw. Apparently all the funny looking people in the city get together to hang out there. It's really odd, there's also an extemely high population of old people (my favourite to draw). The guy on the right is from the Algonquin Caf. Collin and were sketching there befor class, this guy was giving everyone dirty looks. Not only that, but this crazy crack head lady that works the cashier just about ran him over with a trolly full of food. I hope you can catch the Jurassic Park reference in his picture; if you can't, watch the movie again and again until you do.

( sorry for the "crack head" reference, but it's really the only good way to describe the lady)

Second Cup

Apparently Second Cup is an awesome place to sketch people. I like this one because she has what I refer to as, "the pouch". It seems to be a loose piece of skin, that some how connects to the tip of the chin, down to the base of the neck, that you can aquire with age. Chances are, I'll get one just for posting this...

Some guy sitting

Well, I'm gonna try to update weekly. Today I was at second cup with my beautiful girlfriend Gillian and this guy was sitting near us. He had a baby sitting at his side, constantly hitting him. Despite the violence, he was a great model and barely moved!

Kaltag

This was a 2nd year posing assignment, we had to break down the character and animate a dog walk. He is Kaltag from the movie Balto.
